HOT OFFICES
From R64.00 / hour

A Hot Office is a private office that is not occupied and which can therefore be rented on a hourly, daily or weekly basis.

HOT SEATS
From R28.00 / hour

A Hot Seat is a workstation that is not occupied in an open plan office and which can therefore be rented on a hourly, daily or weekly basis.

Included in Rental Fee

  • Fully furnished workstation or office
  • Coffee & tea
  • Telephone
  • Wired LAN or wireless connection to the Internet
  • Access to shared facilities & services of the Service Center

Excluded from Rental Fee

  • Parking
  • Usage related charges e.g. telephone bill, printing, internet, etc.

“Pop-in when you are on the road and need somewhere to work.”

Our facilities are available at member rates to Serviced Office clients, Virtual Office subscribers, Hot Office and Hot Seat clients.

Third parties can also use our facilities at visitor rates.
