Variable cost extras (Bills)

  • Telephone bill
  • Internet bill (if applicable)
  • Emergency power bill (in case of power failures)

Variable cost extras (Services)

  • Virtual Office services
  • Business Center products & services
  • IT services
  • Meeting facilities & services
